These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, advertisements, lead forms, and related content of Foundational Societies ("Foundational Societies", "we", "us", "our"). We do not warrant that our sites will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundational Societies and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, our sites or anything linked from them.
You agree to hold Foundational Societies harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of our sites or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foundational Societies is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address, with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
